TETTO’S BOOKING POLICY
I.  For group bookings, a deposit of £15.00 pp required. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card. Please note that if you fail to cancel the booking at least 1 week in advance your deposit is non-refundable.

II. In case that you are late for your reservation we will keep your table for you maximum, 30 minutes. Please give us notice if you are being late.

III. If there is a change on the number of guests, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We will try to accommodate any changes. Please note that any substantial increase in guest numbers is subject to availability.
IV.  We cannot cater for drinks only because we do not have a separate bar area for non-paying guests to sit whilst other guests are dining. All guests must order food from the main menu / set menu. ( This applies only for the V.I.P Area )

V. Your food will be served 45 minutes after your arrival to the restaurant. Therefore please ensure that all your order been chosen, including desserts. Orders must be e-mailed to us 24 hours before arrival.

VI. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the final bill.
