1— Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are being late please notify by calling us on 02072265000

2— We allocate tables before your arrival, if you are late without notifying us, your allocated table will be issued to another customer/group and you might have to wait for the next available table.

3— If the number of your guests change, please notify us by calling 0207 2265000 immediately so that we can re-arrange the table allocated to you. Please note that substantial increase in guest numbers is subject to availability.

4— If you have any special requerments i.e : allergies, wheel chair access, birthday or any other celebrations please let us know while making the reservation online or on the phone.

5— Please note that if you use online reservation system via www.tettos.london a member of our reservations team will contact you for a small amount of deposit to confirm your booking.

6— Dress code Smart Casual. No soiled clothing nor tracksuits. Please make an effort.

7— If you are lucky enough to look younger than the age of 25, you will be asked for a photo identification upon requesting alcoholic beverages.

8— Tetto’s is a family friendly restaurant however children must be seated with their families at all times (unless of course for using the restrooms accompanied by an adult)

9— At busy times especially over the weekends baby buggies will not be permitted to certain areas of the restaurant. Please note that we have ample space at the conservatory or indoors for families with buggies. Highchairs are available upon request.

10— For bookings, a deposit of £5.00 pp required. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card. Please note that if you fail to cancel the booking at least 24 hour in advance your deposit is non-refundable.


1— For groups reserving the VIP & Function rooms for more than 20 people are required to pay £15 per person deposit to confirm the booking.

2— We aim at serving your first dish 45 minutes after your groups arrival to the venue. Any delay on arrival by the guests will reflect on the meal service being delayed.

3— If you agreed a meal deal for your group you must notify the reservations team of the meal selections 24 hours prior to your booking by e mailing: bookings@tettos.london

Here at Tetto’s we value our neighbours well being and their living standards. Please respect the following rules we point out below at all times:

1— If you are arriving with your car or a minicab / Taxi, Please keep the noise to minimum and be gentle while closing / opening doors of the vehicles.

2— The areas of our restaurants located are residential and needless to say please park only in permitted bays and do not obstruct the disabled bays and access points.

3— If consuming alcohol THINK! DO NOT DRIVE! Please choose to use Cab service. Our staff will be more than happy to arrange one for you. Please wait for your vehicle to arrive inside the restaurants. We will let you know when your ride is ready.

4— Please keep the noise to an absolute minimum as our neighbours have a right to carry on with their lives in peace and quiet. Do not ruin some one elses life while you are having fun. Leave the area quietly. If necessary use the toilet facilities before your departure.

5— Tetto’s Restaurants are implementing ”Safe Heavens” & ”Ask for angela” Schemes, if you need help just approach one of our staff and you will be receiving confidential help.
